Tilaus- ja toimitusehdot
Nämä tilaus- ja toimitusehdot koskevat Cosmetsky -verkkokauppaa. Palvelun omistaa CM Hiustalo Oy (y-tunnus 1612306-4).
Pidätämme oikeuden toimitusehtojen ja hintojen muutoksiin. Kaikki verkkokaupassa esitetyt hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron.

Tilaaminen ja tilausvahvistus
Tilaaminen ei edellytä rekisteröitymistä. Tilattavat tuotteet valitaan verkkokaupassa lisäämällä ne ostoskoriin. Tilaus lähetetään maksamalla ostoskorin sisältö verkkokaupan kassatoiminnossa. Tehdessäsi tilauksen hyväksyt nämä toimitusehdot, tuotteiden hinnat sekä toimituskulut. Tilaamalla hyväksyt myös, että verkkokauppa voi lähettää kirjepostia, sähköpostia tai tekstiviestejä tilaukseen, toimitukseen ja markkinointiin liittyvissä asioissa. Tilauksen maksettava summa määräytyy tilaushetken hintojen mukaan. Verkkokauppa pidättää oikeuden hinnanmuutoksiin.
Verkkokaupalla on oikeus olla hyväksymättä tilausta syytä ilmoittamatta. Verkkokauppa pidättää oikeuden tilauksen perumiseen myös selvien hintavirheiden osalta. Selvällä hintavirheellä tarkoitetaan tuotteen mahdollista hinnoitteluvirhettä verkkokaupassa siten, että tuotteen hinta poikkeaa niin merkittävästi tuotteen oikeasta hinnasta, että asiakkaan katsotaan ymmärtävän virheellisyys.
Kun tilaus on maksettu, se siirtyy käsiteltäväksi eikä tilausta voi enää muuttaa.
Onnistuneen tilauksen päättää tilausvahvistus, joka lähetetään automaattisesti tilaajan antamaan sähköpostiosoitteeseen. Tilausvahvistus kannattaa säilyttää. Tilausvahvistuksesta ilmenevät tilatut tuotteet sekä hinta.
Nouto
Lähetyksen sijaan voit myös noutaa tilauksesi myymälästämme. Valitse silloin tilauksen yhteydessä nouto-vaihtoehto. Kun tilauksesi on käsitelty ja valmis noudettavaksi, saat siitä sähköpostiin ilmoituksen. Saat noudettua tilauksen tilausvahvistusta vastaan myymälän tiskiltä.

Toimitusaika
Tilauksia postitetaan arkipäivisin. Keräily tapahtuu lähtökohtaisesti 1-2 arkipäivän sisällä, jonka jälkeen tuotteet lähtevät postin kuljetettavaksi. Mikäli tilattu tuote on poikkeuksellisesti päässyt loppumaan varastosta, ilmoitetaan siitä asiakkaalle kohtuullisessa ajassa.
Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut toimituksen aikana, tulee tästä ilmoittaa viipymättä, mutta kuitenkin 14 vuorokauden kuluessa verkkokaupalle. Toimituksessa vioittuneista paketeista tulee viipymättä ilmoittaa toimituksesta vastanneelle yhtiölle.
Toimituskulut
Toimituskulut ovat 5,90 €/tilaus tilauksessa olevien tuotteiden lukumäärästä riippumatta.
Toimituskulut lisätään tilauksen maksamisen yhteydessä koko tilauksen loppusummaan. Lähetykset kuljettaa Posti Group Oyj. Tällä hetkellä emme toimita tilauksia Suomen ulkopuolelle.
Noutamaton lähetys
Mikäli pakettia ei noudeta, se palautuu lähettäjälle. Palautuneesta lähetyksestä perimme 15€/lähetys palautuksesta aiheutuneina kuluina.
Maksaminen
Verkkokaupan maksuvälittäjänä toimii Verifone Finland Oy (y-tunnus 0943819-9), joka on rekisteröity Finanssivalvonnan ylläpitämään maksulaitosrekisteriin. Maksamiseen siirrytään Verifonen verkkopalvelun kautta, tiliotteella ja laskulla maksun saajana näkyy Verifone. Verifone välittää maksut verkkokauppiaalle. Maksaminen on turvallista, sillä kaikki maksutapahtumaa koskevat tiedot välitetään salattua yhteyttä käyttäen niin ettei kukaan ulkopuolinen taho näe maksutapahtuman tietoja.
Kauppa syntyy verkkokaupan asiakkaan ja verkkokaupan välille. Verkkokaupan vastuulla ovat kaikki kauppaan liittyvät velvoitteet.

Verifone-palvelun kautta voit maksaa verkkopankkitunnuksilla, maksukorteilla (credit/debit), MobilePaylla ja ApplePaylla.

Palautusoikeus
Tuotteilla on Suomen lain mukainen 14 vrk:n palautusoikeus. Palautusoikeuden ehtona on, että tuote ja pakkaus ovat alkuperäistä vastaavassa kunnossa ja käyttämättömiä. Mikäli tuote on mielestäsi viallinen tai ei toimi oikein, ota viipymättä yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme sähköpostilla asiakaspalvelu@cosmetsky.fi. Lähetämme tarkemmat palautusehdot ja -ohjeet sähköpostilla. Asiakas vastaa palautuksesta aiheutuvista pakkaus- ja lähetyskuluista täysimääräisesti itse. Palautuksen käsittelyyn ja mahdollisen maksun palautukseen varaamme käsittelyaikaa 30 vuorokautta.
Aiheettomasta tuotepalautuksesta ja vian selvittämisestä perimme 30€:n tarkistusmaksun sekä toimituskulut.

Ordering and order confirmation
Ordering does not require registration. The products to be ordered are selected in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout function of the online store. When placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs. By ordering, you also agree that the online store can send letters, e-mails or text messages in matters related to the order, delivery and marketing. The amount to be paid for the order is determined by the prices at the time of the order. The online store reserves the right to price changes.
The online store has the right not to accept the order without giving a reason. The online store reserves the right to cancel the order also in the case of clear price errors. A clear price error refers to a possible pricing error of the product in the online store in such a way that the price of the product deviates so significantly from the correct price of the product that the customer is considered to understand the error.
Once the order has been paid, it will be processed and the order can no longer be changed.
A successful order is concluded by an order confirmation, which is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the subscriber. You should keep the order confirmation. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.
Delivery time
Orders are mailed on weekdays. Collection usually takes place within 1-2 business days, after which the products are sent to the post office. If the ordered product is exceptionally out of stock, the customer will be notified within a reasonable time. If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for delivery without delay.
Shipping costs
Delivery costs are €5,90/order, regardless of the number of products in the order. Delivery costs are added to the total amount of the entire order when paying for the order. Shipments are carried by Posti Group Oyj. At the moment, we do not deliver orders outside of Finland.
Uncollected shipment
If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender. We charge €15/shipment for returned shipping costs.
Payment
Verifone Finland Oy (business ID 0943819-9) acts as the payment intermediary for the online store. Payment is made through Verifone online service, and Verifone Finland Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Verifone forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.
The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.
With the Verifone payment service, you can pay with bank payments, credit/debit card, MobilePay or ApplePay.
